F5 announced its intent to acquire CalypsoAI (from Dublin, Ireland), and will integrate CalypsoAI&#8217;s adaptive AI security technologies into its application delivery and security platform. F5 likes the look of CalypsoAI&#8217;s adversarial threat protection technology (e.g., protecting against prompt injection and jailbreak attacks), guardrails for securing sensitive data, and access to unified visibility and governance over AI activity. Agreed price is $180 million. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.f5.com\/company\/news\/press-releases\/f5-to-acquire-calypsoai-to-bring-advanced-ai-guardrails-to-large-enterprises\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">F5<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abnormal AI achieves ISO 42001 certification<\/strong>. Abnormal AI announced that it has met the requirements for the ISO\/IEC 42001:2023 certification &#8211; which focuses on AI Management Systems and hence governance and responsible use, among other aspects. <em>ISO 42001 is the world\u2019s first international management system standard specifically designed for AI.
